Designed for your event
Print templates
The template is the bit guests take home. We design a new one for every booking rather than dropping your names into a stock layout.
The template is the frame around your photographs: the border, the colours, the names, the date and any message you want printed alongside. It is what turns a photo booth print into a keepsake rather than a snapshot, and it is designed from scratch for every booking.
What we need from you
The most useful thing you can send is something you have already designed — a wedding invitation, an order of service, a company brand sheet. From there we can match the type, the colour and the general feeling without a lot of back and forth. If you have nothing yet, tell us the colours and the mood and we will draft something to react to.
Weddings
Names and the date are the usual starting point, often with a monogram or a small illustration of the venue. Couples who are also having a guest book tend to leave space in the layout for a written message beside the images, which our attendants will point out to guests on the night.
Corporate work
For exhibitions and launches we set the template to your brand guidelines: logo placement, approved colours, a campaign hashtag and any legal line that has to appear. You get a proof to circulate internally before anything is signed off, and the same artwork is applied to the digital copies so shared images stay on-brand.
Revisions
There is no charge for changes and no fixed limit on rounds. We ask for final approval about a week before the event so there is no rush on the day.
How your template is built
Your colours
Send us a swatch, an invitation or a photograph of the room and we will match the palette to what your guests will actually be standing in.
Your layout
Classic four-frame strip, a two-up postcard, a single 6 × 8 with a border, or a layout built around a monogram — you choose the shape.
Names and date
Names, the date, a venue name or a short message set in type chosen to sit with the rest of your stationery.
Matching backdrops
If you are using green screen, the backdrop set is designed alongside the template so the two do not fight each other.
Corporate branding
Logos, straplines, campaign hashtags and legal lines set to your brand guidelines, supplied as a proof for sign-off.
Digital version too
The same design is applied to the digital copies on your USB, so shared images look like the prints.
The design process
From brief to sign-off
Send us the details
Names, date, colours and anything you have already designed — an invitation or an order of service is the most useful thing you can send.
We draft the template
Our designers put together a first version, usually within a couple of working days of the deposit being paid.
You review it
Changes are free and there is no set limit. Most templates settle after one or two rounds.
Sign-off
Once you approve it we lock the file. Nothing prints on the night that you have not already seen.
