We have been hiring photo booths across London since the business started, and most of the practical work happens before anyone presses a button: agreeing the load-in, checking the lift, finding the socket and working out where a queue can form without blocking a fire exit.

Venues we work with

Hotels, livery halls, members’ clubs, banqueting suites, restaurants, offices, gallery spaces and marquees on the outskirts. If you tell us the venue name there is a fair chance we have been there; if we have not, we will ring their events team ourselves rather than turn up hoping.

Which booth for a London room

Central venues often have less floor space than the guest numbers suggest, so the LED igloo at 2.4m square is frequently the sensible answer. Where the room can take it, the Magic Mirror is the one people remember. For anything with a London theme — a company welcoming international visitors, or a wedding with guests from abroad — the black cab booth is hard to beat.

    Central venues rarely have easy parking. We plan the load-in with the venue in advance and build in time for a lift rather than a fire escape.

Frequently asked questions

Do you charge extra for central London?
Travel within our core area is included; for central postcodes we add the congestion charge and any ULEZ cost at face value, stated on the quote before you book.
Our venue is on the first floor with no lift. Is that a problem?
Tell us before you book. The LED igloo and the classic booth can be carried up stairs; the mirror is heavier and the vehicle booths obviously cannot. There is almost always an option that works.
Can you do a City corporate event on a weeknight?
Yes — weekday corporate work is a large part of what we do in London. Ask about a shorter hire if the booth is only needed during a drinks reception.
