A photo booth company built around two things: kit that works and people who make guests feel comfortable using it.
Photo Booth King is a provider of high-end photo booth and Magic Mirror hire in the United Kingdom. Our booth themes run from fun and whacky through to sophisticated and elegant, so each client gets the setup that actually suits their event rather than a one-size-fits-all box in the corner.
From personalised messages on every photo to a huge selection of props, green screen technology, guest books and digital copies of everything, we try to supply everything you need to make a party or event go well — and nothing you do not.
Our mission
Quality photo booth hire, knowledgeable attendants, excellent service and honest prices. We keep a large selection of ready-made themes, and bespoke themes are designed in house using the software and hardware we run day to day. What clients can expect from us is professionalism, an experience their guests enjoy, and photographs worth keeping.
Where we work
We are based in Hertfordshire and cover Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, London, Kent, the Midlands and Yorkshire as standard. Travel inside that area is included in your quote. We regularly work at hotels, golf clubs, village halls, banqueting suites, marquees and offices, and we are used to the paperwork that larger venues ask for before we can plug anything in.

Weddings of every tradition, engagement parties, christenings, milestone birthdays, hen and stag nights, school proms, Christmas and Halloween parties, charity fundraisers, exhibitions, product launches and corporate evenings. If you are unsure whether a booth suits your event, ask us — we will tell you honestly if it does not.

Six booths and mirrors
From the full-length Magic Mirror to a VW Camper parked in a marquee, there is a setup for most rooms and most themes.
In-house design
Print templates, green screen backdrops and bespoke themes are designed by our own team, not pulled from a stock library.
Attendants, not drop-offs
We never leave a booth unattended. Someone is on it for the whole hire, keeping the queue moving and the props tidy.
Commercial printing
Dye-sublimation printers give dry, fade-resistant prints in seconds — the same technology used by professional event labs.
Fully insured
Public liability and employer's liability cover, PAT tested equipment, and paperwork ready for your venue.

A written quote, a clear list of what is included, and no surprise charges for prints, props or setup time.

How a booking works
Tell us the date
Send the date, venue and rough guest numbers. We check the diary and hold the booth while you decide.
Choose a booth and package
We will recommend a booth that suits the room and a package that suits the running order — not the other way round.
Approve your design
Our designers put together the print template and any green screen backdrops. Nothing goes to print until you say yes.
We set up and stay
We arrive an hour before, set up quietly, run the booth for your whole hire, then pack down without interrupting the party.
You get everything back
Guest book handed over on the night; all images on a USB stick, ready to share however you like.
Check your date — then let the fun begin
Tell us the date, the venue and roughly how many guests you are expecting, and we will come back with a written quote and a hold on the booth. No deposit is taken until you are happy.
