10 tips when booking a photo booth for your event

If you are organising an event in London, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire Kent or Essex like a wedding, birthday party or corporate event, adding a photo booth is a great idea. Photo booths add a bit of fun to any party and your guests can leave with great memories and photo personalised with your message or party theme.

 

1 Decide what sort of photo booth you want

As the industry is expanding so is the availability of different types of booths. We have for hire the traditional booths with a range of skins like the VW camper van , Hollywood film reel and the very popular white chesterfield. 2 Why do prices differ so much?

Prices for different booths will differ. There are so many booths on the market the cheaper companies will have cheaper booths, for example the mirror booth we have in stock is the original and best one on the market, purchased from fotomaster and running the Mirror Me software it has amazing changing animations and the signing feature do not be fooled by the cheaper mirrors.

3 Choosing a theme or look for the photos.

If you are running a theme for your wedding then photo booth companies can help to portray this in your prints, by using green screen or what has become popular is designing a personalised template. 4 How long to book for ?

The average booking for a photo booth is around 3 hours however we can do 4 or 5 hours. We are able to design a package to suit your budget.

What packages are on offer?

It’s your big day. So you want to choose a package that will fit in your budget and of course cherish the memories forever. Most photo booth companies can offer a guest book with prints for you signed by your guests. However for corporate events you could opt for a USB of all prints.

6 Does the cost include delivery and set up time ?

Most companies will allocate a time slot that they will operate to and from. Our prices include delivery and set up and we will give you a 3 or 4 hour unlimited time slot.

7 Its confusing too many photo booth companies ?

When booking a photo booth company for your special event, make sure you take 5 mins to google them, for example search their facebook and other social media pages for reviews of their service and recent events it could make a big difference as some companies are known not to turn up. 8 What is the most popular photo booth package?

We find that most people love the 3 hour, 2 sets of prints unlimited one in a guest book (supplied) free props, free templates and an online digital upload, you can add red carpet and q barriers and usb as an extra but we include these in most of our packages.

9 How do I book a photo booth company ?

Once you are satisfied with the photo booth company and package complete a booking form outlying everything agreed, pay a small deposit normally £99 and the remainder can be paid 7 days in advance by bacs. You may prefer to pay cash on the night most reputable companies will always be flexible to your needs and requirements.

10 Sit back and enjoy

You are all booked, deposits paid and it’s time to let the booth attendants do their magic.
